Safety manager builds every form in a template builder, by hand.
Forms ship with the program. Ready to sign on day one.
SafetyStack builds a complete Health and Safety Management System for Alberta companies. Answer a few questions about your trade, sites, and crew. Get a safety manual, hazard assessments, training records, and emergency plans tailored to how you actually work. No consultants. No templates. No three-month wait.
Senior advisory keeps every SafetyStack package aligned to what auditors actually score. Built by a Certified Auditor, reviewed against three decades of audit experience.
“Quoted four grand and ten weeks for a manual. We ran SafetyStack on a Sunday and had a program my foreman could actually read by Monday lunch.”
For years I watched Alberta's safety industry split in two: small contractors getting by on paper, and big corporations paying for software no one else could afford. SafetyStack closes that gap. Every contractor, from one-person operators to large crews, gets an enterprise-grade Health and Safety Management System and the software to run it. Because safety isn't a burden to manage — it's how every worker gets home the way they came in.
Most safety manuals exist to pass an audit. We build the ones that actually keep crews safe.
Most Alberta business owners do not have weeks to wait on a safety consultant, or thousands to spend on a binder their foreman cannot read. SafetyStack delivers a complete Health and Safety Management System in under thirty minutes, for less than a tenth of what a typical consultant build costs.
Every package includes the documents Alberta employers are legally responsible for under the OHS Act, plus the operational tools your foreman uses on a Tuesday morning. Crew-usable. Yours to edit. Built to satisfy prequalifiers and protect your business if an incident is ever investigated.
Every piece below is built into your program before you log in. You sign your name. You do not start from a blank page.
One payment. No subscriptions. No hidden fees. Files in your hands tonight.
When a general contractor sends a 30-day prequalification request, every week you wait is a week you cannot bid. Build your program today, and you can apply for a Temporary Letter of Certification to bid right away while you work toward full COR or SECOR. The bid does not wait. Neither should you.
No forms to build. No tools to stitch. No retrofit. Your safety program arrives ready, and the platform runs it from day one.
Safety manager builds every form in a template builder, by hand.
Forms ship with the program. Ready to sign on day one.
Manual in one tool. Dashboard in another. Audit package somewhere else.
One login. One source of truth. Stitched at the data layer.
Generic safety dashboard. You translate it to whichever framework you are audited against.
Scoring engine maps directly to the 10 elements your audit uses.
Generic product retrofitted from elsewhere. You map citations yourself.
Built around current legislation. Citations refreshed when the code changes.
Upload your full safety manual, or just the elements you want analyzed. We check it against the 10-element audit framework and the current Alberta OHS Act and Code. You get a full report showing every gap, every outdated citation, and exactly what an external auditor would flag.
Want to keep parts of your manual private? Pick specific elements and only upload those sections. Your data stays private either way.
Automation against pre-validated templates. Liban Hassan (NCSO + ACSA Certified Auditor) built and validated the templates against the live ACSA, ESC, and AASP audit instruments. The generator fills in your company specifics; the framework alignment is locked in by the templates. Same audit-standard output a consultant would deliver, about 25 minutes instead of 8-12 weeks.
Your manual will. The full audit scores more than the manual — field implementation, training records, hazard practice, employee interviews, management commitment — and those are your operational responsibility. What we guarantee: the document an auditor reads first — your manual — won't be the reason you fail. Every section maps directly to a scored element of your chosen audit framework — ACSA (COR / SECOR), ESC (Energy Safety Canada COR), or AASP (Partnerships Audit Instrument). Built by Liban Hassan (NCSO + ACSA Certified Auditor) and validated against the live audit instruments.
Standard package ($1,997): a full Health and Safety Management System aligned to your certifying framework — ACSA COR, ESC COR, or AASP — 70+ files across the elements your audit body scores against, plus all forms and supporting programs. Starter package ($997): a streamlined package for under-10-worker employers pursuing SECOR or equivalent. Both include the Live Document Portal where your team can read, edit, print, search, and email any section.
Yes. Every manual ships with the Live Document Portal — admin edits any section in markdown, editors edit, viewers read-only. Version history shows every change. Print one section or the whole manual. Email sections directly to your crew.
Yes — all three frameworks (ACSA, ESC, AASP) are supported across both the free gap check and the full Manual Generator. You pick your certifying body on the intake form and the manual routes through the matching framework. If you're not sure which body fits your work, pick ACSA — it's the most common in Alberta construction.
We monitor the Alberta OHS Code and the ACSA / ESC / AASP framework updates. When a regulation changes, we update the templates. Customers on the Compliance Platform (ongoing — pricing TBD, email Liban) get push updates automatically.
Two options. (1) Run the free gap check — upload your current manual, get a graded report showing exactly where it stands against the ACSA, ESC, or AASP framework and the current OHS Code. No charge, 3 to 5 minutes, no sales call after. (2) If your manual is failing, our Phase 1 product rebuilds it to align with the framework standards, or you can import it into the Live Document Portal and improve it section by section.
Those are operational platforms — day-to-day forms, inspections, training tracking. SafetyStack is your safety MANUAL — the foundational document an external auditor reads. Most contractors need both. We also build a Compliance Platform on top of the manual for contractors who want one vendor end-to-end. Different layer of the stack.
About 25 minutes once the 17-field intake is submitted. You get the manual via email + Live Document Portal access the same day. The free gap check is a separate product — that runs in 3 to 5 minutes.
The COR / SECOR products are Alberta-specific (ACSA frameworks are Alberta jurisdiction; OHS Code citations are Alta Reg 191/2021). If you operate primarily outside Alberta, email hello@safetystack.ca and we'll point you to the right framework for your jurisdiction.
Email hello@safetystack.ca and we'll get back to you within one business day.
Your complete safety manual package is under 30 minutes away. No consultants. No waiting weeks.
