SafetyStack uses proprietary technology to generate safety documentation, hazard assessments, safe work procedures, and other content specific to your trade and company profile. Generated content is stored in your account and is accessible only to you and authorized users within your organization.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers located in Canada. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL and encrypted at rest. Safety records, form submissions, and generated documents are retained for the duration of your account plus a minimum of 3 years, consistent with Alberta OHS record retention requirements.
