Terms of Purchase and the Document Guarantee

A COR Standard or SECOR Starter purchase is a one-time payment for a health and safety program built from the information you give us on the intake form. You receive the program as a download and, once you set up your login, in the Live Document Portal, where you can read, edit, print and email each section for as long as your account is open. The price is charged once. There is no subscription attached to the program.

If a prequalification service (ISNetworld, Avetta, ComplyWorks or Veriforce) rejects a document we produced, or an ACSA, ESC or AASP auditor writes a finding against a document we produced because of its content or its legislative citations, we rewrite the affected documents at no charge.

The guarantee covers the documentation. A COR or SECOR audit also scores worker interviews and an observation tour of your sites. Those depend on how your company runs its program day to day, and no document can guarantee them. We do not promise an audit pass or a certification outcome.

Findings caused by changes you made to a document after delivery. Findings about records you were expected to keep and did not (training records, inspection logs, meeting minutes, incident reports). Findings against documents you supplied yourself rather than ones we produced. Requests made more than twelve months after your purchase date. The remedy for a first finding is a rewrite, not a refund.

If a document we rewrote under this guarantee draws a second finding on the same content at a later audit or prequalification review, we refund your purchase in full. Send us the second finding the same way as the first.

Email hello@safetystack.ca with your company name, the document in question, and a copy of the rejection notice or the audit finding. We confirm receipt, rewrite the affected documents, and deliver them to the same email address and portal as your original purchase. If we need something from you to complete the rewrite, we ask once and wait for it.

Payments are processed by Stripe in Canadian dollars. Your program is generated after payment and sent to the email address on your order. Our safety team reviews new programs before the download link is released; when a review is in progress, the order page says so and the link follows by email. If generation fails for any reason, we tell you and either deliver by hand or refund the payment in full.
